Edward Forchion still rots in a jail cell on excluded time! He was placed in Mercer County jail for NJ’s no bail reform law…Ed was charged with Witness Tampering in the 2nd which denied him a bail. And he was charged with Witness Tampering in the 3rd which one will get a bail with.

Now fast forward…Ed went to trial because he wanted to face his accuser, the rat, and Ed was found not guilty of the witness tampering in the 2nd degree and with the lesser charge of witness tampering in the 3rd the jury was hung (11-1) in Ed’s favor!
The prosecutor, Stephanie Katz, right after the jury did it’s thing, right then and there asked the court to retry the case…it was granted! Ed asked to go home, he was denied.
