Let’s raise our voices for cannabis reform!

Join MassCann for a powerful day of grassroots activism as we head to the State House to speak directly with our elected officials about key cannabis legislation. Whether you’re passionate about expanding access, support medical cannabis patients, protecting hemp and CBD, promoting equity, or opposing overreaching regulations — your voice matters.

We’ll meet at the Michael Malta “KOP” Memorial Bench, a place of deep meaning for the cannabis community. Michael Malta, lovingly known as the “King of Pot,” was a tireless activist that fought for cannabis freedom. Strategically located across the street from the State House on the Boston Common, this bench is our rallying point. A place for us to gather and organize before heading inside to advocate for change. It’s also where we honor the memory of activists we’ve lost and rededicate ourselves to the work ahead. After a day of lobbying, it becomes a natural place to regroup, share what we’ve learned, and plan our next steps.

From there, we’ll head into the State House to speak with Representatives and Senators about the bills we support and oppose. Not sure what to say or how it works? Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through it. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up and speak out.
