Dear Cannabis Control Commissioners,

 

Our organizations collectively as stakeholders in the development of the legal and regulated cannabis industry present for your consideration additions to the section governing Eligibility as an Economic Empowerment Priority Applicant, 935 CMR 500.101.

 

We request that eligibility for these applications include: minorities, women, veterans, people with disabilities, sexual orientation, and gender identities.  Adding these criteria will help repair the harms of prohibition and help ensure Massachusetts has a truly diverse cannabis industry.
