Activist Opportunity – January 19

On January 19, 2010, we have what is probably our last opportunity of the 2009-2010 legislative session to impress Rep. Sanchez, Chair of the Joint Comm. On Public Health, to bring H 2160, “An Act to regulate the medical use of marijuana by patients approved by physicians and certified by the department of public health” to a vote in the Committee.

On that day voters will again be going to the polls and we can get the remaining 1700 of the  2000 printed postcards we plan to get signed by Rep. Sanchez’s Mission Hill, Jamaica Plain and Brookline constituents.

The two activists who stepped up on December 8, got almost 300 signed the day of the primary.

If you can help, email MASSCANN@BillDowning.com telling him when you can help.
