 With the passage of Q2 comes a backlash to establish local ordinances and by-laws increasing the total fines and "Reefer Mad" Martha Coakley is suggesting these local laws create an arrestable midemeanor! Yet it is also reported she "is not likely to approve public-consumption bylaws for marijuana that include arrest.
