Malden residents demand reconsideration of this ordinance and its amendment by being vocal with your mayor Richard Howard, city council and candidates in this election year! Remind them that 65% of you voted for Question 2 and by that law the city can only regulate or prohibit and punish civilly for public consumption so paragraph 1 and 3 are forbidden as are handcuffs (arrest) and that you want proof of a problem justifying any local ordinance! Please share with us what you learn from the politicians!
