Updated March 3, 2011 Three more bad proposals: H03147 An Act to provide for a mandatory minimum sentence for the sale of illegal drugs within one thousand feet of an elderly housing project or development H03138 An Act relative to the penalties for Class D controlled substance violations H03142 An Act relative to the civil liability of drug dealers Four more bad proposals: H01383 An Act relative to the classification of synthetic cannabiniods as Class D controlled substances H01836 An Act regarding the decriminalization of marijuana and local option H01837 An Act public possession of marijuana in a municipality H00974 An Act to establish a substance screening program within the Department of Transitional Assistance. The first ones we found: H00400 - An Act to create a narcotics offender registry H00477 - An act providing for drug and alcohol free school zones H00507 - An Act penalizing any offender in possession of marijuana in a school zone. H00508 - An Act to criminalize the operation of a motor vehicle while in possession of marijuana. Found after above posted early morning on Feb 15 H00413 - An Act making drug dealing subject to dangerousness hearing determinations. H00452 - An Act providing for drug free library zones. (1000 feet) H00424 - An Act Relative to Controlled Substances. (Prohibits Salvia and other substances) H00425 - An Act Relative to Controlled Substances.
