Special Petitioning Opportunities PDF Print E-mail

The Special Elections on May 11 and the Annual Town Elections provide an excellent opportunity for gathering valid signatures and street addresses of registered voters.  The law permits solicitation of signatures near polling places so long as you are 150 feet (~75 paces) from the building entrance door.

Please note: elections are not the only places and times you can solicit signatures.
