MassCann/NORML, Sponsor of the annual Boston Freedom Rally
announces
THE 2008 FREEDOM RALLY GRAPHIC DESIGN CONTEST!
Winning design will be featured in HIGH TIMES magazine and other event
promotional materials, including Rally T-shirt.
The designer will receive a one-year membership in MassCann/NORML (as of
4/20/08), a 2008 Freedom Rally T-shirt featuring your design, and vending
space at the 2008 Freedom Rally.
Contest Rules
The design must be adaptable to:
magazine & newspaper advertising;
S to XXXL T-Shirts
11"x 17" posters, 4"x 6" postcards, 8½" x 11" b/w photocopies,
and 4" diameter stickers.
Designs must include:
Name of the event: ("The 19th Annual Freedom Rally," "Freedom Rally
XIX," "MassCann/NORML's 19th Annual Boston Freedom Rally," etc.);
Date: September 20, 2008;
location: Boston Common;
time: Noon;
sponsors "The Massachusetts Cannabis Reform Coalition," "NORML," "High
Times" and "WBCN - The Rock of Boston";

and a theme of the designer's choice. Past themes have included: "Sow the
seed of liberty," "No More Prisoners!," "Fight Terrorism, End
Prohibition,"
"Roll the Vote," "Secure the Blessings of Liberty," and "Stand Your
Ground."
Design must have space for adding the names of bands, special guests and
additional sponsors.

Submissions must be received by 03/10/08 for full consideration.
The winning submission will be chosen by our Board of Directors, and a
winner will be announced on 4/20/08. Submissions will not be returned.
